Xeon 3210 2.13GHz Quad Core (2x2Duo Core)
ifort 10.1.008 cmkl 10.0.1.014
FOPT =  -FR -mp1 -w -prec_div -pc80 -pad -ip -DINTEL_VML -xT
-mtune=core2 -O3 -thread -fminshared
LDFLAGS = $(FOPT) -L/opt/intel/mkl/10.0.1.014/lib/em64t -static
R_LIBS = -lmkl_lapack -lguide -pthread
1 Job 1 Thread		140 Secs (OMP_NUM_THREADS=1)
1 Job 2 Threads		168 Secs (OMP_NUM_THREADS=2)
2 Jobs 1 Thread each	150 Secs each,

Comments:
1) It looks like the threading is not right as yet, and/or something
else; I cannot find a way to get improved performance with threads. If
anyone has suggestions please respond directly to me.
2) The numbers suggest that this quad core is really behaving like
2x2Duo Cores, i.e. a 2 CPU Xeon which is perhaps not surprising.
