Many people have already answered this. Let me put my aswer too, even
though its to some extend repeating some of the previous ones.
If you look in the mirror you can see yourself. Your left hand is on your
left, your right hand is on your right, your head is up and your feet are
down. So there is no problem, nothing is interchanged.
The trick is that the question contains a wrong information:
If you look in the mirror your right and left hands are not interchanged.
To have them interchanged you would have to make a photo of what's in the
mirror, and rotate this photo (around the head-feet axis) by 180
degrees...
