[Wien] strange behaviour of DOS

Dear wien user's,
 
Could any one help me to know, In my case of InN and InAs  ZB phase: 
 
1. The band gap is zero but their is spliting in valence band near fermi energy.
2.  But the density of states shows the band gap of 0.3 and 0.5 eV respectively.
 
why this difference takes place both in InN and InAs.
