[Wien] Lapw1 crash

Hello all,

I am attempting to run the latest version of Wien2k 9.1 on Urdarbrunnr at UC
Davis. We are the stages of testing and getting setup correctly. I am an
experienced user in Wien2k, but I cannot figure the issue why I am receiving
the following error message associated with TiC.vnsup. I have run the
init_lapw script. I am using the example case in the User Guide for TiC. Any
suggested fixes?

lib-4190 : UNRECOVERABLE library error
  A numeric input field contains an invalid character.

Encountered during a sequential formatted READ from unit 19
Fortran unit 19 is connected to a sequential formatted text file:
  "TiC.vnsup"
 Current format:  1020 FORMAT(3X,3I5,2E19.12)
