[Wien] Lapw1 crash

No chance. You are telling us "nothing".

In which program / command does the problem appear.

You mention  "init_lapw"; but in this script (and the programs called from it)
TiC.vnsup is not even present.

My "guess": At some point during init_lapw you said "spin-polarization: YES"
or you called once runsp instead of run_lapw, .....
TiC.vnsup can only be referenced in spin-polarized calculatins, but TiC is not ...

Start over again.
