[Wien] Coordinate system of forces in case.dsy file

Hallo,

does anyone know in which coordinate system the forces listed in a 
case.dsy file (force file for PHONON) are given?
My guess is that is given a coordinate system, where the basis vectors 
are pointing along the displacments given in the d45 file. Is this correct?
