[Wien] LDA+U changed between the versions?

I posted a comparison, which awaits moderation, but I am not sure it is 
worth pursuing, because the latest version, 10.1, gives the same result 
as my old calculation in version 07. It seems that the solution is not 
to use version 9, and that's all.
