Dears,
I am new user of wien2k and i am in the trouble of compilation of the wien2k, please help me!The Linux system is Ubuntu 10.10 chinese version.
During the compilation, my selections are:
System is I: Linux (Intel ifort 12.0 compiler + mkl )
Compiler is ifort(version:12.0.3) and icc(version:12.0.4)
Options for system linuxifc are: O Compiler options: -I/opt/intel/composerxe-2011.4.191/compiler/include/ia32 L Linker Flags: $(FOPT) -L/opt/intel/composerxe-2011.4.191/mkl/lib/ia32 -pthread P Preprocessor flags '-DParallel' R R_LIB (LAPACK+BLAS): -lmkl_blas95 -lmkl_lapack95 -Wl,--start-group /opt/intel/composerxe-2011.4.191/mkl/lib/ia32/libmkl_intel.a /opt/intel/composerxe-2011.4.191/mkl/lib/ia32/libmkl_sequential.a /opt/intel/composerxe-2011.4.191/mkl/lib/ia32/libmkl_core.a -Wl,--end-group -lpthread
Did not share memory architecture.
Remote shell is ssh.
Did not have MPI and Scalapack installed.
In the webpage of http://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/intel-mkl-link-line-advisor/, I got the the link line and recommended compiler option. My selections are mkl version as 10.3, OS as linux, processor architechture as IA-32, compiler as Intel Fortran and Static linking, sequential versipn of MKL, checked BLAS95 and LAPACK95.
The link line is "-lmkl_blas95 -lmkl_lapack95 -Wl,--start-group $(MKLROOT)/lib/ia32/libmkl_intel.a $(MKLROOT)/lib/ia32/libmkl_sequential.a $(MKLROOT)/lib/ia32/libmkl_core.a -Wl,--end-group -lpthread" and Recommended compiler option is -I$(F95ROOT)/include/ia32.
There are many errors during the compilation, and I am confused about them. In fact, I am not familiar with Linux and ifort. Would somebody guide me what's wrong about my selections or settings.
Thank you very much in advance!
LI Yu
