[Wien] Structeditor related

Hello Vishal,

Does tcsh work in your normal commandline?

Also make sure all your paths are set properly. And keep in mind that 
showstruct will use xcrysden, so xcrysden will have to work too.

The paths are:

export STRUCTEDIT_PATH=$WIENROOT/SRC_structeditor/bin
export PATH=$PATH:$WIENROOT:$STRUCTEDIT_PATH:.
export OCTAVE_EXEC_PATH=$OCTAVE_EXEC_PATH:$PATH
export OCTAVE_PATH=$OCTAVE_PATH:$STRUCTEDIT_PATH
alias octave="octave -p $OCTAVE_PATH"

but since your structeditor itself works most of that should be right. 
Keep in mind that showstruct only visualizes so until you get it working 
you can use savestruct and view it in another window with xcrysden 
--wien_struct file.struct or other software of your choice.
