[Wien] seems you do not have the intel fortran compiler in your path

Have you extensively searched the fedora forum 
[https://ask.fedoraproject.org/question/8887/ifortcommand-not-found/]?

Did you reload bashrc (source /etc/bashrc) after you saved your changes 
in it?
