[Wien] About the awk version WIEN2K script use

Confirmed. While the "-v" option is standard across all versions of awk,
only the GNU variant seems to accept the sloppyness of omitting the
blank between the -v option and its argument.
runfsm_lapw appears to have several instances of "awk -vm=..." that
should read "awk -v m=..."
