[Wien] Error with new update

I'd expect there is another error during initialization before.

a) Try some other simple examples. Does it happen always ?

b) The case.in0 file is ok before dstart is running (it is the same as 
case.in0_st) and only dstart should add additional data to it (writing 
case.in0_std.
