[Wien] Error with new update

After looking at the error message more closely, it looks like the error
is caused because dstart of WIEN2k 13.1 was used instead of dstart of
14.2. So it looks like you still need to update the dstart package from
WIEN2k 13.1 to 14.2. To avoid conflicts, you might want to remove all
previous WIEN2k installations and then install WIEN2k 14.2 again.
