[Wien] Static limit of optical conductivity

Dear Sir,
I tried to use Optical Conductivity to calculate the anomalous hall constant. It should be the dc limit of the transverse optical conductivity.
However, I can not calculate the exact dc limit(sigma=0).
I wonder if anyone could give me some advice on this.
