[Wien] Initialization for TiC

Dear WIEN2k community I want to initialize the calculation of the TiC by following the usersguide,
but when I click "Execution o initialize calc."and "x nn",it appeared

/home/wangzm/soft/wien2k_13/nn: Command not found.
0.0u 0.0s 0:00.00 0.0% 0+0k 0+0io 0pf+0w
error: command   /home/wangzm/soft/wien2k_13/nn nn.def   failed 
I have browsed the archives AND READ THE USERS GUIDE and the
FAQ pages Peter provides, but I couldn't solve my problem that way.
