[Wien] expand script name clash with the GNU coreutils utility expand

A good advice. I'll remove the link from expand_lapw to expand (which is 
done anyway in the script expand_lapw).

Meanwhile one can do:

cd $WIENROOT
rm expand

(the wien2k-command expand is never used anyway, only expand_lapw is 
used at the first installation from a tar file.
