To update the version, I just unzipped the new folders in the old directory for SRC folders, to replace them. The site configuration apparently picked up the old compiler options, so I did not change them: -O2 -FR -mpl -w -prec_div -pc80 -pad -ip -DINTEL-VML -traceback -assume buffered_io -I$(MKLROOT)/include
