[Wien] Fortran compiling errors to MAIN program

Wien2k has an update option in the configure which does more than just
unzip them. Since the subroutines changed with the version change you may
have a wrong Makefile. Can you please follow the standard update approach
first. If that still fails I will try downloading from the website in case
something has gone wrong, although that is unlikely.
