[Wien] Stop run_lapw from deleting .time files after each step

One idea is maybe to see if alias and source would work on your system 
to override the rm command for the current terminal or job script.

Example:

alias rm=""
source run_lapw # rm should hopefully be disabled by the rm alias using 
this line
run_lapw # rm should hopefully act normally with script using rm command 
in the PATH using this line
