Hello wien2k users,

I'm sending this question to you since I understand you are the utmost
authority regarding W2WEB.

As I mentioned in the Wien2k list, I did source .bashrc

Now when I changed the w2web.conf with debug=1 I run w2web (verifying its
not running) again and it hangs after
"Checking for Installation in /root/.w2web/localhost"
And simply won't start.

Could it be a problem in the initial compiling procedure (bad IFC/MKL)?
Maybe a bad Linux distro (I used Mandrake)? Maybe a bad PERL Compiler (older
version)?

Please advise since this problem doesn't happen on our UNIX Computer.

Regards
Yaron.

After running siteconfig did you "source" the newly created .cshrc or
.bashrc ?

If so you could try to change the parameter debug in
    ~/.w2web/_your_host_name/conf/w2web.conf
to
    debug=1
and restart w2web (after killing it)

Best
  Joachim
