[Wien] No w2web interface

So, you have a firewall that blocks the non-standard ports?

Drill a hole in it...

Or, "localhost" is missing in /etc/hosts? 127.0.0.1 should have the name 
"localhost".

You probably need a relatively new PERL, too...
