[Wien] QTL and Tetra Error !!!

Dear wien2k users,
I want to calculate DOS of a complex magnetic system . But i can't !!
when i run x lapw2 -qtl -c -up , I envisage this error :

sometime before running qtl when i run x lapw1 -c -up i don't see this error

but when run x tetra -up i envisage a simlar error:
tetra 0804aaf1 Unknown  Unknown  Unknown
...
libc.so.6 402AB8D7 Unknown Unknown Unknown

my compiler is ifort9.0 and mkl 7.2 on redhat9.0 .
Please help me !
