[Wien] sleep and delay-2

Dear Wien users,

I would be very grateful for your help regarding setting up the sleep
and/or delay parameters that is required for the system to run on multiple
nodes and at most 2 processers each. I prefer 1 node with 2 processers.

I do not have quick access to the subprograms lapw1para and others. I just
want to make it work on the user basis rather than modifying the programs.
Just a PBS script or the reference will be OK.

I tried using sleep 2 and also 10, 100 and even higher but it did not
work. It seems there is a complex syntax and location for this.

Waiting for suggestions.
