[Wien] error message with empty error files

Hello Wien users,
I'm a new wien2k user,and I would be very grateful for
help about an error message saying "ERROR BAD HEADER"
after compltion of an scf cycle and convergence
reached, when checking the error files of the scf
cycle they are all empty, so what does mean this
messge?
